What It Takes to Work with Elevate.
We're not looking for the cheapest bid. We're looking for subcontractors who show up when they say they will, do work that doesn't need to be redone, and communicate like professionals. If you can deliver that consistently, we'll keep you busy.
Licensed & Insured
All trade partners must carry current Texas contractor licensing and general liability insurance at our required minimums. No exceptions.
Quality Standard
Your work will be inspected before it's covered or finished. We maintain a zero-rework standard on our projects. If it doesn't pass, it gets redone — on your time.
Professional Communication
You respond to messages within 24 hours. You show up when scheduled. You communicate proactively when something changes. This is the baseline, not a bonus.
Consistent Capacity
We need partners who can commit to scheduled work and maintain that commitment. We don't work with subs who disappear mid-project or routinely reschedule.

Application
Submit your application with license info, insurance certificates, trade specialty, and references from comparable luxury residential projects.
Review
Our operations team reviews your application within 5–7 business days. We check licensing, verify insurance, and contact your references.
Trial Project
Qualified applicants are invited to bid on a single project. This is how we evaluate your work quality, communication, and reliability firsthand.
Network Inclusion
Subcontractors who perform well on the trial project are added to our preferred vendor network and begin receiving regular project invitations.
