Design Consultation

It Starts with a Conversation.

Before we talk about tile or cabinetry, we talk about how you live. Your design consultation is a focused, no-pressure session designed to understand your goals, your space, and what success looks like for you.

What to Expect

A Consultation Built Around You.

Our design consultations are conducted in your home — not a showroom. We want to see the space, understand the light, and get a real sense of how you use it. This isn't a sales call. It's the first step in a collaborative process.

01

Goals & Vision

We start by listening. What's driving this remodel? What's not working about the current space? What have you seen — in magazines, on Instagram, in a friend's home — that made you think 'that's what I want'? We want to understand your vision before we offer any of ours.

02

Space Walkthrough

We walk the space together. We're looking at layout, natural light, existing conditions, structural considerations, and anything that might affect scope or cost. This is where we start to understand what's possible — and what's realistic.

03

Scope & Package Fit

Based on your goals and the walkthrough, we'll talk honestly about scope. Which of our packages — Essential, Signature, Luxe, or Bespoke — aligns with what you're trying to achieve? We'll give you a clear sense of what each tier delivers and what it costs.

04

Timeline & Logistics

We'll discuss realistic timelines, what the construction phase looks like day-to-day, and how we minimize disruption to your household. If you have a hard deadline — a family event, a lease end, a renovation loan window — we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.

05

Next Steps

At the end of the consultation, you'll have a clear picture of what a project with Elevate looks like — the process, the investment range, and the timeline. If you'd like to move forward, we'll schedule your design development session and begin the formal estimate process.

Before You Meet With Us

How to Make the Most of Your Consultation.

Gather inspiration

Screenshots, saved Instagram posts, Houzz ideabooks, magazine tears — bring anything that captures the feeling you're after. You don't need to know the name of a tile or a fixture. Just show us what resonates.

Know your pain points

What specifically frustrates you about the current space? Not enough storage? Poor layout? Dated finishes? The more specific you can be about what isn't working, the better we can design around it.

Have a budget range in mind

You don't need a precise number, but a range helps us have an honest conversation. Our packages start at $24,995 for bathrooms and $49,995 for kitchens. Knowing your comfort zone lets us focus on the right options.

Think about timing

Is there a date you'd like to be done by? Are there periods when construction would be especially disruptive — a newborn, a home office crunch, a family gathering? The more we know upfront, the better we can plan.

After the Consultation

What Happens Next.

01

Design Development

If you'd like to move forward, we schedule a design development session where we get into specifics — materials, layouts, fixture selections, and a detailed scope of work.

02

Detailed Estimate

We produce a line-item estimate that covers every element of the project. No vague allowances, no hidden costs. You'll know exactly what you're approving before you sign anything.

03

Project Agreement

Once you approve the estimate, we execute a project agreement that documents scope, timeline, payment schedule, and warranty terms. Everything in writing, nothing left to interpretation.

04

Scheduling & Kickoff

We place your project on the production calendar, introduce you to your project manager, and schedule your kickoff meeting. From here, the Elevate process takes over.

Schedule Your Consultation.

Consultations are complimentary and available Monday through Saturday. We typically schedule within 5–7 business days.
